Belvidere Manor
Hall rental is for 5 hours and does not include use of our kitchen. Our hall can hold a maximum of 250 people.
Catering
Catering is for groups over 75, outside food is not permitted for groups over 75. Groups under 75 are allowed to bring in outside food.
Appetizers: $17 per person
Lunch or dinner: $32 per person
Bar
Outside alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances on any part of the premises.
Beer, Wine & Soda: $17 per person
Open Bar: $27 per person
Catering is served either buffet style or family style and tax (7%) and service fee (20%) are not included
Please note we charge a gratuity of 18-20% for our servers/ chef/ bartender as applicable. Pricing includes linens & set up of requested chairs/ tables/ etc. Catered parties/ events include clean up of dishes and food.
We also request a deposit for the hall that will hold your date and act as security, unused security deposits are then applied to the final payment. All rentals require 7% sales tax.
